CargoMove (from Cargoflow Sdn. Bhd.) is a vehicle booking system that allows
a haulier to pre-book their visits to the respective
terminal/depots allowing the terminal/depot to
know who is coming to pick up
or drop off cargo prior to their arrival, allowing
for better planning with the aim of helping the port manage traffic at their gates; reduce haulier waiting time; eliminate ‘futile trips’; real time tracking via mobile apps and GPS.

Vehicle Booking System
An online platform to create, monitor and track bookings. A simple seven-step-form process to create a booking in CargoMove. All necessary sanity checks and validations specific to the port are done in real time and updates sent to port as soon as the booking is saved.
Atlas Pro
Our GPS solution providing a live bird's-eye view of the trucks and their time spent at the terminal and the roads leading up to the terminal. The trucks are automatically tied to bookings made in the VBS to measure turn around time and performance of each terminal block.
Driver mobile app
Our mobile app for the truck drivers to enable preferential or express servicing at the port. The port knows the ETA of the truck to the port, which trucks are definitely arriving at the port and in which order. This also makes the gate in process paperless.

CargoMove Mobile
The app sends Geolocation updates of the truck in real time. This data update also includes additional info like speed and direction heading. Using this data in conjunction with traffic data from Google Maps, CargoMove can estimate the ETA of the truck (similar to how Grab does when the user hails a cab). The yard planner sees the trucks which are destined to their specific yard block and in what order these trucks are to arrive. This data can also be fed to the on board system of the RTGs with the intention of faster servicing of these trucks that arrived on time and using the mobile app.Contact Us
